How do I return an item? If for any reason you are dissastisfed with your purchase within 30 days of presentation of a receipt if the package is unopened or if the product is defective, we will offer a refund, credit or exchange. Credits will be issued for opened products with presentation of a receipt within 30 days. Beyond 30 days of purchase, credit is issued for returns.
